Terms and Conditions


Welcome to Casa Cuatro.
We strive to provide you with an exceptional experience during your stay.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.


General Information

Casa Cuatro is a hotel located in Chiclana de la Frontera, Playa de la Barrosa. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of our hotel.


Reservations

  • Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. The card will not be charged unless stated otherwise in the reservation terms.
  • Special requests (such as bed preferences and accessibility requirements) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Breakfast is included in all rate plans.


Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  • Valid identification (passport or national ID) is required at check-in.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the arrival date will incur no penalty and will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a charge corresponding to the entire stay (100%).
  • Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.


Payments

  • Full payment is required at check-in, unless otherwise stated in the reservation conditions.
  • We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and cash (in local currency, EURO).
  • Prices may be subject to changes, taxes, or fees depending on the season or promotional offers.


Room Occupancy

  • The maximum number of guests allowed in each room is indicated at the time of booking.
  • Adults only
  • Guests are responsible for the care and use of the room and its contents during their stay.


Pets

Pets are not allowed at the hotel, except for service animals with prior approval.


Smoking Policy

Casa Cuatro is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the hotel or in the rooms.


Health and Safety

  • In case of a medical emergency, please contact the front desk immediately.
  • Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or expel guests who behave disruptively or violate the hotel policies.


Hotel Facilities

  • The use of the pool area is subject to availability and operating hours.
  • Please check with the hotel front desk for more details.
  • Underground parking is available for a fee, subject to availability.


Policy on Bed Linen and Accessories

We reserve the right to charge a penalty of 80 Euros for pillows or any other bed accessories that are misused, taken outside of the room, or damaged during the stay.
Additionally, pool towels must be returned at the front desk. If not returned, a 25 Euro fee will be charged.


Liability

Casa Cuatro is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses of personal belongings during your stay.
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or actions of third parties.


Changes to the Terms

Casa Cuatro reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.


Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Chiclana de la Frontera.
